Feladási és szállítási idők
Milyen gyorsan adjátok fel a megrendelést?
A megrendeléseket általában a fizetés beérkezésétől számított 2–4 munkanapon belül adjuk fel. A nagyobb méretű vagy rendelésre készülő termékek kicsit több időt igényelhetnek — erről e-mailben tájékoztatunk.
Mikor kapom meg a csomagot?
Feladás után a DHL / GLS futárszolgálattal történő kézbesítés általában 2–5 munkanapot vesz igénybe, a célállomástól függően.
Nyomon követhetem a csomagot?
Igen. A feladás után e-mailben elküldjük a nyomon követési számot és egy linket. Az állapotot a Rendeléskövetés menüpontban is ellenőrizheted; a futárszolgálat SMS-ben vagy e-mailben értesít a tervezett kézbesítésről.
Futárszolgálatok és szállítási költségek
Ki szállítja a megrendelésem?
Megbízható futárszolgálatokkal dolgozunk — DHL és GLS. A kézbesítés a megadott címre történik, nyomon követéssel és aláírás nélkül.
Mennyibe kerül a szállítás?
A szállítási költség mindig megjelenik a kosárban a fizetés előtt — rejtett kezelési díjak nélkül. Aktuális díjak:
- DHL / GLS futár — 3 071 Ft-tól
- Ingyenes szállítás 32 000 Ft felett
Van ingyenes szállítás?
Igen — 32 000 Ft feletti rendelés esetén a szállítás ingyenes. A küszöbértéket és az esetleges akciókat a kosárban látod.
Átvétel és szállítási problémák
Mi történik, ha a futár nem talál otthon?
A futár újabb kézbesítési kísérletet tesz, vagy értesítést hagy az elérhetőségekkel. A nyomon követési számmal közvetlenül a futárszolgálattal is egyeztethetsz megfelelő időpontot.
Mit tegyek, ha a csomag sérült?
Ellenőrizd a csomagot a futár jelenlétében. Ha sérülést észlelsz, vegyél fel a futárral kárfelvételi jegyzőkönyvet, készíts fotókat, és mielőbb lépj kapcsolatba velünk — gyorsan segítünk a reklamációban vagy a cserében.
Miért érkezhet a megrendelésem több csomagban?
A babzsákok könnyűek, de terjedelmesek. Nagyobb rendeléseknél néha több csomagra osztjuk őket a termékek jobb védelme érdekében — ez nem befolyásolja a kosárban feltüntetett szállítási költséget.
Összevonhatok két rendelést egy szállítmányba?
Sajnos nem tudunk két külön leadott rendelést összevonni — a szállítási költség mindkettőre külön vonatkozik. Ezért javasoljuk, hogy minden terméket egyetlen rendelésbe gyűjts.
Hogyan változtathatom meg a szállítási címet?
Ha módosítanád a címet, mielőbb lépj kapcsolatba velünk — lehetőleg a csomag feladása előtt. Feladás után a módosítás már nem mindig lehetséges.
